Face-Off Locations

Players must always line up properly on a face-off. Only the player taking the face-off may be inside the face-off circle. All other players must have their skates completely outside the circle and behind the hash marks. For the first violation by a team on one face-off, the center shall be ejected. For a second violation, the offending player receives a ``delay of game'' penalty.
